At Rankular Media Private Limited, we offer high-quality, premium digital products under the Geekbot AI Premium Video Editing Assets brand. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
All sales of our digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, once the product has been delivered and accessed, we do not offer refunds. This policy applies to all video editing assets, resources, and any other digital media offered through our platform.
Once you receive the digital files, you immediately gain access to proprietary content, which cannot be returned. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
2. Understanding Before Purchase
We encourage you to carefully review the product description, features, and specifications of the digital assets before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, you may contact our support team at dhruv@geekbotai.com before making a purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
3. Exceptions
In the unlikely event that the digital product you receive is defective, corrupted, or otherwise unusable due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the defective product or offering alternative solutions. However, refunds will still not be provided.
